一种新型的气凝胶复合多层隔热组件 被引量:1

摘要 针对传统低温镀铝薄膜-涤纶丝网多层隔热组件结构参数和隔热性能难以定量的问题,设计了一种新型的铝箔-气凝胶的复合多层隔热组件,从结构和材料上对传统多层隔热组件进行改进,使其在性能上达到传统多层隔热组件性能的同时,可以对多层的隔热性能进行定量控制和设计。实验结果表明:新型5层铝箔-气凝胶复合多层隔热组件的隔热性能与传统25层镀铝薄膜-涤纶丝网多层隔热组件的隔热性能相当,其当量导热系数均达到10-4量级,且新型铝箔-气凝胶复合多层隔热组件的性能更加稳定。 A new type of aluminum foil - aerogel composite multilayer insulation (MLI) to improve traditional MLI components from structure and material was designed for improving the structural parameters and heat insulation performance of the tra- ditional low - temperature aluminum film - polyester mesh MLI. It not only achieved the performance of traditional MLI, but also could quantitatively control and design the performance of MLI. The experimental results show that under the same experimental conditions, the heat insulation performance of the new 5 layer aluminum foil - aerogel MLI is comparable to that of the traditional 25 layer aluminum plated film - polyester mesh MLI, and is more stable.
