热泵热水器混凝土蓄冷过程的研究

摘要 对一种热泵热水系统(在制热水同时可对地面混凝土和室内空气蓄冷)进行实验研究。实验数据表明:系统开机过程中地面混凝土温度由32. 8℃降至26. 2℃,有效蓄积了冷量,其中压缩机能耗1. 325kW·h、热水温升得热量5. 166kW·h、地面混凝土和室内空气蓄冷量3. 841kW·h;地面混凝土蓄冷能力强,能将冷量长时间蓄存,在系统停机后220分钟内,地面温度始终低于室内空气温度,可作为冷辐射地面为室内供冷。结合实验数据用模拟的方法研究了辐射表面和混凝土内部温度分布规律。 This paper presented a heat pump water heater system which could store both ground concrete and indoor air while making hot water. Through the experimental study and simulation analysis, it is found that the ground concrete temperature decreases from 32.8 to 26.2 during the system start - up process, and the cooling capacity is effectively accumulated. The energy consumption of the heat pump compressor is 1. 325kW·h, the heat gain of the hot water heating process is 5. 166kW·h, the cold storage capacity of the ground concrete and indoor air is 3. 841 kW·h. Storing the cooling capacity for a long time, the ground temperature is always lower than the indoor air temperature within 220 minutes after the system shutdown, so it can be used as the cold radiation ground for indoor cooling. Combined with the experimental data, the temperature distribution in the ra- dia)ion surface and concrete was simulated by simulation.
