摘要
大学生是推动社会进步、促进现代化建设的有生力量。全面了解当前大学生群体的择业倾向及择业心理,对当前缓解大学生就业压力,因势利导促进大学生就业,推动社会经济发展具有深远意义。为此,上海交通大学远东书院、上海交通大学公共关系研究中心、上海交通大学社会调查中心对中国33个城市的123所高校的12000余名在校大学生开展大学生择业倾向调查。调查结果显示,大学生未来的工作地点更倾向于选择一、二线城市;薪酬待遇、个人发展空间以及工作地点是大学生择业时重点考虑的三大因素。
College students are the strong driving force behind social progress.It is of great significance to have a comprehensive understanding of current students＇ career choice tendency and psychology.Because it can relieve their employment pressure,promote their employment and social economic development.Recently the Far East Academy,Public Relations Research Center and Social Survey Center of Shanghai Jiaotong University carry out an investigation,which is of more than 12000 Chinese college students and postgraduates.Results show that Chinese students prefer to choose first and second tier cities as their location.Salary,personal development opportunity and location are three main factors for students,when they looking for a job.
