摘要
本文以H市经济技术开发区的两个社区为样本,聚焦以社区居委会和农转非居民为主体的社区传播。研究发现,社区传播能够汇集社区居民参与公共事务的舆论,并在这一过程中提升农转非居民的传播主体意识与业主权利意识。本文指出,组织化社区传播自上而下的空间规划权力在执行过程中隐蔽在市场化的话语规范下,以程序合法性及产权的话语获得垄断地位;农转非居民自下而上的诉求以规则、权利等意识为主导,而现有的社区组织传播媒介尚不足以培育出成熟的业主自治制度。笔者认为,构建一个能使新市民群体从中受益的社区传播环境,对于该群体的文化适应必然有所裨益,是对单纯制度保障所无法解决的文化缺口的一种有效弥补。
The paper does an ethnological study on the community communication of agricultural to Non-agricultural residents, taking two communities at H-city Economic & Technological Development Area. The author first find out the public opinion will converge through the community communication, and then points out that when the layout of urban space was being carried out, power was hidden in the market system and the discourse of procedure legitimacy and property rights were used to acquire the monopoly position. Simultaneously, people in the community fought the government with the consciousness of rules and rights, but failed in the end. The paper analyzes the strategies of the hegemony of space, the tactics of space protest, and the tracks of the producing of community space. Based on the analysis, the author suggests that we should shift to the producing of the space of socialism in order to acquire space justice.
