官能单体对聚合物乳液型工业漆附着力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以UMA为功能单体,AAEM为交联单体,采用预乳化半连续种子乳液聚合法合成水性工业底漆用乳液,研究了UMA和AAEM用量及凝胶量对乳液及其漆膜性能的影响。实验结果表明:当UMA用量为单体量的2%~3%、AAEM用量为单体量的4%~5%、凝胶量在65%~77%时,漆膜的综合性能最佳。 An aqueous acrylic emulsion is prepared by using UMA as a special functional monomer and AAEM as a crosslinking monomer via pre-emulsified semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization. The effects of UMA and AAEM content and gel content on the emulsion and film properties are investigated. The results show that the optimal film properties can be obtained when the amount of UMA is 2%-3%, the amount of AAEM is 4%-5% and the gel content is 65%-77%.
