摘要
膨胀型防火涂料在应用过程中各种性能特别是防火性能的变化一直是防火材料领域关注的一个重点课题。本文利用扫描电子显微镜镜(SEM)、热重分析仪(TG)和小型耐火试验炉研究了冻融循环试验对油性膨胀型防火涂料的形貌、热稳定性和防火性能的影响规律,并对比研究了涂刷面漆对以上性能的影响。
With the application of intumescent fire retardant coatings, the properties of coatings especially the fire retardancy have been always concerned in the field of fire resistance materials. In this paper, the effects of freeze-thaw cycle test on the morphology, thermal stability and fire retardancy of the intumescent fire retardant coatings were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermal analysis (TG) and small-scale fire test furnace. The influence of topcoat on the properties mentioned above was also studied.
