摘要
以含氟丙烯酸单体、甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、丙烯酸(AA)等单体先制备了高固体份溶剂型含氟丙烯酸树脂,再经过胺中和,最后加水进行分散,制备了含氟羟基丙烯酸水分散体。讨论了相对分子质量、反应温度、中和度、溶剂量、酸价、含氟单体用量(氟含量)对树脂制备的影响。
A high solid solvent-based fluoride acrylic resin is prepared from fluorinated acrylate monomer, butyl methacrylate (BMA), butyl acrylate (BA), hydroxyethyl methylacrylate (HEMA) and arcylic acid (AA). The resin is neutralized with amine and dispersed by deionized water to prepare a fluoride hydroxyl acrylic resin dispersion. The effects of molecular weight, reaction temperature, neutralization degree, solvent content, acid value and fluorine content on the properties of resin are discussed.
