基于紫外烘晒炮制的衢州青皮挥发油的气相色谱串联质谱分析

摘要 目的分析基于紫外烘晒炮制的衢州青皮中的挥发油成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏方法提取衢州青皮挥发油,利用气相色谱串联质谱分析挥发油成分。结果从青皮挥发油中共提取了12种化合物,相对含量最高的化合物为d-柠檬烯,占挥发油总量的57.23%;其次为对-伞花烃,占挥发油总量的21.47%。结论紫外烘晒炮制的衢州青皮挥发油的对-伞花烃含量相比其他方法炮制的青皮含量高,为进一步开发衢州青皮的研究提供了参考。 Objective This study analyzed the components of volatile oil from Quzhou pericarpium citri reticulatae viride exposed to ultraviolet radiation and heating. Methods The volatile oil from Quzhou pericarpium cirri reticulatae viride was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Results Twelve compounds were extracted from the volatile oil of Quzhou pericarpium cirri reticulatae viride. The highest relative content was d-limonene, accounting for 57.23% of the total volatile oil, followed by cymene, accounting for 21.47% of the total volatile oil. Conclusion The content of P-Cymene hydrocarbon in volatile oil from Quzhou pericarpium cirri reticulatae viride exposed to ultraviolet radiation and heating is higher than that of other methods, which provides a reference for further development of Quzhou pericarpium citri reticulatae.
