2013年中国生态环境调查报告

China＇s Survey Report on Eco-environment in 2013

近几年我国的生态环境问题不断发生：2010年原油泄漏造成海面污染事件，2011年出现PM2．5事件，2012年环境敏感项目引发多起群体性事件，2013年的多省市严重雾霾事件引发公众的广泛关注和讨论。可持续发展要求环境保护与经济发展并重。为了解我国居民对生态环境的认知和评价，上海交通大学舆情研究实验室社会调查中心进行了全国范围的电话调查。结果表明：我国居民对环境状况整体评价不高；空气、水、固体废弃物以及噪声四大传统污染是目前我国环境污染的主要方面；但从整体上看，居民对我国未来生态环境的改善比较有信心。对受访居民关于环境保护的建议进行整理，同时结合专家学者的观点，在本文最后提出了针对目前环境状况的总体建议。

In recent years, China＇s environmental pollution problems occured frequently, including the 2010 Oil Leak incidents, the 2011 PM2.5 events, the 2012 sensitive environmental projects, the 2013 massive Haze event, which attracted public attention and discussion. Sustainable development requires both environmental protection and economic development. To understand the ecological environment, Computer assisted telephone interviewing （CATI） for public opinion surveys in environmental issue was conducted by Social Survey Center of Public Opinion Research Laboratoi7 in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, which in- volved urban residents in 35 cities. The report demonstrated that residents＇ overall assessment on environmental situation was not high, and tour traditional pollution （air, water, solid waste and noise） were considered as the major environmental pollution. In general, the residents showed more confidence in the future improvement of the eco-environment. Some suggestions proposed by respondents, experts and scholars in the last part.
