摘要
低成本复合材料技术包括了低成本设计技术、低成本制造技术和低成本材料技术,其中,低成本制造技术是核心[1]。本文从通用飞机复合材料低成本工装制造技术出发,提出真空灌注和固化炉低温固化预浸料工艺成型低成本复合材料成型工装的工艺方案,并结合实际案例进行分析。针对研制阶段和批产阶段提出不同的工装解决方案,对提高型号的研制进度和降低型号研制成本具有很好的指导意义。
Low-cost composite technology includes low-cost design technology, low-cost manufacturing technology and low-cost material technology, among which low-cost manufacturing technology is the core[1]. Starting from the low-cost tooling manufacturing technology of general aircraft composite materials, this paper puts forward the technological scheme of low-cost composite tooling forming by vacuum lling and low-temperature curing preprepreg process in curing furnace, and analyses the actual case. In view of the development stage and the batch production stage, different tooling solutions are proposed, which has a good guiding signicance for improving the development progress and reducing the cost of model development.
