摘要
1980年召开的关于＂渤海二号＂石油钻井船翻沉事故的新闻发布会,是我国政府第一次对突发事件进行新闻发布。政府部门对突发公共事件新闻发布的重视则肇始于2003年的＂非典＂事件。2008年的汶川地震和奥运会,给政府新闻发布带来了挑战,同时也促使其日渐成熟与完善。本研究选取2003—2012年100起重大突发公共事件,从统计学的定量角度和文本分析的定性角度对政府新闻发布方式的传播效果进行研究,提出相应的对策以供参考,希望能对政府在新形势下应对突发公共事件、提高新闻发布能力有所帮助。
The press conterence on the ＂ Bohai Ⅱ ＂ oil drilling ship capsized accident in 1980 was the first emergency news release of our government. Since the SARS happened in 2003, governments began to recognize the importance of the news release in emergency. Wenchuan earthquake in 2008 and the Olympic Games were not only a challenge to the government news release, but also made it more mature and pertect.This study selected 100 public emergency cases from 2003 -2012. From the qualitative point of view and the statistical quantitative point of view. This paper tries to probe the communication effect of government news release, and provide some suggestion for governments, hoping to help the government improve the ability of news release
