赵启正的沟通艺术探析

赵启正是我国新闻发言人的一代领军人物,是善于沟通的演说家,其沟通艺术值得学习。本文以赵启正在四次全国政协会议新闻发布会上的发言及其他和不同领域人物的对话等为样本,分析了赵启正的沟通艺术。新闻发言方面的艺术有善用修辞,充满智慧;学者特征,权威性强;表达幽默,富亲和力;话语清晰,内容翔实。对话交流方面的艺术有礼貌会话,引用对方观点,寻求共识;讲述中国故事;传播中国文化;平衡话语权力。

Zhao Qizheng is a leader of spokesmen and he is also a good His communication arts is worthy of study. This article researched this arts based on his speech at all the CPPCC press conterences and dialogues with people in different areas. In press conterence, he used rhetorical devices and were enriched with wisdom; his speech was protessional, authoritative, humorous, friendly, clear and informative. In dialogues, Zhao Qizheng who sought consensus by using the counterpoint was polite and good at telling Chinese stoiry and devoted himself to spread Chinese culture and balance the discourse power.
