Speak Frankly and Undisguisedly： The Speech Communication Art of the Former Spokesman Wu Heping＇s News Release

本文以新媒体时代的新闻发言人制度为背景,通过理论知识引证、案例分析等方法探究武和平作为新闻发言人进行新闻发布的角色定位,以及其极具个人特色的新闻发布的＂道＂与＂术＂。笔者认为,政府新闻发言人只有注重传播策略,转变新闻发布的＂说话＂方式,政府新闻发布才能达到理想的传播效果。

In the context of the new-media era, this essay uses such methods as elaborating on related theoretical knowledge and analysing related cases to explore the orientation of the role Wu Heping, the former spokesman of the Chinese Ministiry of Public Security, has played in the news release. In the meantime, the essay also analyses the art of his characteristic news release. It is believed here that the government spokeman should emphasize the communication strategies and transtorm communication methods. Theretore, the spokesman can release news tor both the government and the public. Such news releases can achieve expected results.
