新媒体环境下视障大学生的信息无障碍建设

The Construction of Information Accessibility of Visually Impaired College Students on New Media Environment

近年来，国家和社会越来越重视人权平等和社会公平。视障大学生在信息化社会中的信息需求得不到满足，不能和普通大众一样拥有平等的信息知晓权。尤其是在数字化时代，层出不穷的新媒体对人们的工作和生活带来了深刻的变革和影响，因身体的缺陷和目前盲用媒介技术的限制，视障大学生的媒介接触状况具有独特性。本文以长春大学特教学院在校视障大学生为研究对象，通过实地调研了解他们使用媒介尤其是通过新媒体接触社会信息的情况，结果显示，他们接触新媒体的频率很高，但使用能力受到很多障碍的限制。

In recent years, the society pays more and more attention to the equality of human rights and social justice. In the information age, the informa- tion needs of the visually impaired college students can＇t be met. They have no e- qual information rights to know as general people. Especially in the digital age, more and more new media have brought great changes and influence on people＇s work and life. Because of body defect and partly due to the restrictions of media technology, the media contact condition of visually impaired students is different with others. Based on the Special Education College of Changchun University School of visual impaired students, this paper investigate the present situation their use of media, especially the social contact information through new media. The result shows that the frequency of contact with the new media is very but the ability of use them are limited.
