社交媒体中个人情绪表达动机研究——基于武汉市大学生的实证分析 被引量:4

摘要 本文以大学生在社交媒体使用过程中的情绪表达为研究对象,采用问卷调查及深度访谈的研究方法对大学生在社交媒体中的情绪表达特点和动机进行研究。调查发现,大学生在网络空间里的情绪表达比现实生活中更加丰富;不仅使用多个社交媒体表达不同情绪,还使用文字、图片、表情等多种符号表达情绪;情绪表达内容虽比较复杂,但主要以积极情绪表达为主;主要动机在于互动分享、社会支持和自我鼓励,且与网络人际交往关系密切。同时研究还发现,大学生在社交媒体上的情绪表达存在作秀成分较多、印象管理过度、缺少准确即时表达工具等问题。 Focusing on the emotion expression of college students when they use social media, the study try to use questionnaire method and in-depth inter- view to find out the characteristics and motivations of the emotional expression in social media. The survey finds that college students' emotional expression in cy- berspace is more abundant than in real life; not only the use of multiple social media to express different emotions, but also the use of text, pictures, facial ex-pressions and other symbols to express emotions; although the content of emotion expression is more complex, but the main of that is expression of positive emo- tion; the main motivations of emotion expression are interactive sharing, social support and self-encouragement, and are closely related to interpersonal commu- nication through network. At the same time, the study also find that the expres- sion of the emotion of college students on social media has some problems: such as show, excessive impression management, the lack of immediate expression tools and so on.
