摘要
迎新系统是智慧校园的重要组成部分,同时是智慧校园各业务系统学生信息的数据源头。对于各大高校而言,获取准确、可靠的学生数据尤其重要。基于此,以武汉城市职业学院迎新工作为例,运用数据集成技术,使业务系统之间实现全面数据共享。通过优化迎新流程和合理的系统操作,获取学生、教师、学校管理人员在迎新系统中留下的痕迹和数据,让数据"封闭"在系统内,实现数据的伴随式采集,使数据更精准,为学校管理部门统计、分析、决策奠定数据基础。
Welcome to the new system is an important part of the smart campus, and it is also the source of students ＇information in the smart campus business system. Obtaining accurate and reliable student data is particularly important for universities. Based on this, taking Wuhan city vocational college as an example, data integration technology is used to realize comprehensive data sharing between business systems. By optimizing the orientation process and rational system operation, we can obtain the traces and data left by students, teachers, and school administrators in the orientation system, so that the data are ＂closed＂ in the system, and the accompanying data collection is realized, so that the data is more accurate. For the school management department statistics, analysis, decision-making laid a data foundation.
