摘要
目前,我国不断加大自动导引车研究方面的研究和投资力度。基于此,通过对自动导引车控制技术的研究和探索,结合工业实际需求和自动导引车控制技术需求研发其结构形态,在此基础之上设计了自动导引车差速调节控制系统,该系统主要基于灰度传感器,确保自动导引车接收到上位机信号之后,可以利用无线通信和电梯交互实现自动导引车的安全避障和上下电梯功能。
At present, China is constantly increasing the research and investment in automatic guidance vehicle research. Based on this, by studying and exploring the control technology of the automatic guided vehicle, and combining the actual requirements of the industry and the control technology of the automatic guided vehicle, the structure form of the automatic guided vehicle differential adjustment control system is designed. Based on the gray scale sensor, After the automatic guide car receives the upper computer signal, the wireless communication and elevator interaction can be used to achieve the safety avoidance of the automatic guide car and the function of the upper and lower elevators.
