摘要 互联网的出现极大地加快了信息传播的速度,也使得信息传播达到空前巨大的规模,为人们带来了丰富信息,也为网络层面的公共危机管理带来挑战。基于此,通过对自媒体信息传播、大数据技术以及公关危机管理的文献进行深入研究,掌握在大数据时代下自媒体信息传播的发展历程,了解目前基于大数据技术的危机管理新模式,采用大数据技术辅助公关部门建立危机管理系统,为危机处理提供新的方法和步骤,减少公共危机给相关单位带来的风险和损失。 The emergence of the Internet has greatly accelerated the speed of information dissemination. It has also made information dissemination reach an unprecedented scale, bringing abundant information to people, and also brings challenges to public crisis management at the network level. Based on this, through in-depth research on the literature on media information dissemination, big data technology, and public relations crisis management, we will master the development process of media information dissemination in the era of big data, and understand the current crisis management model based on big data technology. The use of large data technology to assist the public relations department to establish a crisis management system, provide new methods and steps for crisis management, and reduce the risks and losses caused by public crises to related units.
