高校网络安全体系框架研究

Research on the Framework of Network Security System in Colleges and Universities

随着国家对网络安全的逐步重视,高校网络安全成为未来信息化建设的重要基础性保障设施,也越来越成为高校信息化发展的瓶颈。基于此,分析了目前高校网络安全现状,总结了存在的问题,明确指出了网络安全的建设目标,并提出了高校网络安全体系框架,从管理架构、制度体系、技术体系、日常工作及配套体系等方面进行了研究,有助于推动智慧校园建设的开展和高校整体发展。

With the gradual attention of the state to network security, network security in colleges and universities has become an important basic security facility for future information construction, and it has increasingly become a bottleneck for university information development. Based on this, this paper analyzes the current situation of network security in colleges and universities, summarizes the existing problems, clearly points out the goal of network security construction, and puts forward the framework of network security system in colleges and universities. The research on management structure, system, technology system, daily work and supporting system is helpful to promote the development of intelligent campus construction and the overall development of colleges and universities.
