摘要 社区教育"学分银行"的建设将通过记录社区居民接受学习活动的学分、时数、年限等,为学习者的学习成果认定和转换提供制度保障。同时,为当地政府推动终身教育、全民学习提供智力支持,为政府决策提供数据依据。 The construction of community education “creditbank” will provide institutional guarantee for the learners learning outcomesand transformation through recording acquired credits, learning hours and studying year. At the same time, it also helps the local government promote the lifelong education and national learning with intellectual support, and provides databasis for government decision-making.
