摘要 随着职业教育产教融合的深化改革,"双师双能型"教师成为培养高素质创新人才和技术技能人才的重要保障。笔者通过分析产教融合对于职业教育"双师双能型"教师培养提出的挑战,引入人才培养品牌观,立足品牌价值发展理论,从拓宽内涵品质、探索优质途径以及确保成果价值等方面探讨职业院校"双师双能型"教师培养的品牌定位与创新、品牌价值实现以及品牌推广传播,旨在满足产教融合对于全面提高职业院校人才培养质量的需求,促进人才教育供给和产业需求重大结构性矛盾的基本解决,助推社会经济发展和产业升级。 With the deepening reform for the integration ofproduction and education in vocational education, the “dual-qualification anddual-capability” teachers have become an important guarantee for cultivating high-quality innovative talents and technical talents. By analyzing the development trend of the integration of production and education, the author puts forward the challenges of the “dual-qualification and dual-capability” teachers training in vocational education, introduces the talent cultivation brand concept,and explores the brand positioning and innovation, the realization of brand value and the promotion of brand based on the brand value development theory for training the “dual-qualification and dual-capability” teachers from broadeningthe connotation quality, searching the quality ways, ensuring the value of thecultivated results and other aspects, aiming at meeting the needs of the integration of production and education which comprehensively improve the quality of personnel training in vocational colleges, to promote the basic solution to the major structural contradictions in the supply of talent education and industrial demand, and to promote social and economic development and industrial upgrading!
