韩国大学终身教育政策分析与启示

Analysis and Implication of the Policy of University Lifelong Education in South Korea

从传统意义上来说,大学是研究与培养青年学生的场所,然而向学习型社会转型的当今社会却不满足于大学只停留在孤高的学术研究阶段,更要求大学应为社会培养所需要的专门人才,以及应承担给更多人提供教育机会的使命。90年代以后韩国大学终身教育有了巨大的发展,而且在最近的教育改革中也继续扩大并强化了大学终身教育的功能,以期待韩国大学终身教育的持续发展。本研究通过考察韩国大学终身教育的现状,以及分析在韩国大学终身教育发展中所采取的政策与制度保障内容,由此为中国大学终身教育的健康发展提出一些可参考的建议。

From the traditional sense, university is the place for researching and training young students. But according to the transitionto a learning society, people do not satisfied with aloof academic place of university students and require it to be the place of training expertise and a mission to provide more educational opportunities. After 1990s, Korean university lifelong education had a huge development. Moreover, the function of the universitylifelong education was expanded and strengthened in recent education reformation to expect sustainable development of Korean university lifelong education. Through the study of university lifelong education in Korea, as well as the analysis for the policy and institutional guarantee for the development of university lifelong education, it puts forward some suggestions for the healthy developmentof university lifelong education in China.
