With the full opening of the Guangzhou-Zhuhai Railway and the launch of the national railway freight organizational reform,a new development opportunity comes to Guangzhou- Zhuhai RailwayLogistics Park.By analysing the present situation,advantages and existing problems of investment promotion of the park,We would argue that speeding up project promotion and industry promotion,and changing the mode of investment promotion will be the main direction for strategic choice of Guangzhou-Zhuhai Railway Logistics Park.From the perspectives of combining of 4P ’s marketing mix theory and speeding up financial reform and innovation,we can definitude the countermeasures that should be taking for investment promotion for this park.
