摘要 教师之间有效的专业合作不仅有利于自身的专业发展,而且对提高教学质量、促进专业建设和学校发展具有重要意义;然而要构建合作型的教师文化在现实中有诸多制约因素。教师合作有着深厚的文化渊源,但遭遇四个方面的制约因素。高校教师合作文化的建构,需要从建立合作型的领导制度,教师评价机制的多元化发展,在知识分享中满足教师的"公正性期待"等层面进行探讨。 The effective cooperation among teachers not only benefits their own professional development,but also plays an important role in improving teaching quality,facilitating the specialty construction and promoting the college development.However,there are certain factors constraining the establishment of the cooperative teacher culture in reality.Although the cooperation among teachers gains a profound cultural origin,it is still faced with constraining factors in four aspects.This essay will discuss how to establish cooperative teacher culture from the following aspects which include building a cooperative leadership,developing a diversified teacher evaluation system and satisfying the teachers’ fair expectation in sharing knowledge and other aspects.
