The Oriental “The Myth of Sisyphus”——An Exploratory Discussion on the Creation Background of Panic by Takeshi Kaiko

Takeshi Kaiko,known as the standard- bearer of post- war Japanese literature,break through the dominance of private novels in Japanese modern literature. Through broadening the material selection scope, modeling The Plague by French literator Camus and combining one nightly report from Asahi Shinbun,Takeshi Kaiko has made bold and innovative attempts and created the realism masterpiece Panic,the oriental ＂The Myth of Sisyphus＂,which embodies his own philosophical thought on personal choice and survival value,etc.
