摘要
通过分析描述珠海市韩资企业对韩语相关人力资源的需求,分析韩资企业内部组成结构、运作方式、经营状况及未来发展战略;珠海市韩资企业急需人才的缺口;针对企业急需人才缺口优化韩语专业人才培养方案;根据目前企业所需人才规模、层次及类型,形成专业相关课程的调整与规划等,对珠海高校韩语专业进行有针对性的人才培养,并向外输送市场急需人才具有指导意义。同时,这对于珠海高校其他外语专业优化培养方案、大面积地与国际接轨、提升国际竞争力等方面有积极意义。
Through the analysis and description of human resource demand in South Korean enterprises in Zhuhai,it analyzes the internal organization structure,mode of operation,operating conditions and future development strategy of the South Korean enterprises.There is an urgent need of talent gap in Zhuhai 's South Korean enterprises.The teaching scheme for cultivating talents should be optimized according to such gap.The adjustment and planning of the related courses should be in accordance with the scale,level and types of talents currently needed by the enterprise.It has guiding significance for Korean majors in Zhuhai College in cultivating talent and output urgent-needed talent.At the sametime,it is of great significance to optimize the training programs of other foreign language majors in Zhuhai universities,be in line with international standards,and enhance the international competitiveness.
