摘要
在当前历史时期,小微企业为创造社会财富、增加就业、稳定社会和谐发展做出了巨大贡献。但是受其自身发展的特点影响,小微企业存在融资难的问题,严重阻碍了其健康可持续发展。作为较早开展小微金融服务的地方国有商业银行,吉林银行在改变经营理念、扩大目标客户群、将小微企业纳入服务对象方面先行了一步,其在网点分布、银行资产规模和客户结构方面具有明显优势,但是在小微金融产品创新、风险控制等方面也存在不足。因此,要提升吉林银行在小微金融服务中的竞争力,必须在构建富有特色的小微业务营销管理机制、加大互联网金融产品创新力度、创新经营方式、实施县域扩张等方面采取措施,唯有如此,才能使吉林银行在小微金融服务中的竞争力得到根本性提高。
Currently,small and micro enterprises have made great contributions to the social wealth creation,increasing employment and stabilizing the harmonious development of our society. However,due to its own characteristics,the question in finances difficulty of the small and micro enterprise has seriously hindered its healthy and sustainable development. Bank of Jilin, is one of the earliest state-owned commercial banks which provide financing services for small and micro enterprise. It has made the early running in changing management conceptions,enlarging its target customer group and providing services for small and micro enterprises and has obvious advantages in network distribution,bank assets and customer structures. However,it has defects in innovation of small and micro financial products and risk control. In order to enhance the competitiveness in small and micro financial services,the Bank of Jilin must take measures in areas such as constructing distinctive management mechanism for small and micro business,strengthening online financial product innovation,innovating management methods and implementing county expansion. Only thus can the competitiveness of Bank of Jilin in small and micro financial services be improved fundamentally.
