新媒体环境下的虚拟社会集体行动形成逻辑

Collective Action 2.0. Logic of Collective Action in Virtual Society

变迁、结构和话语影响或决定任何集体行动产生和发展的宏观结构。从我国社会转型中的社会结构紧张、国家治理变迁和虚拟社会崛起等三个角度进行考察，提出集体行动2．0概念，解释在中国社会转型和国家治理机制变革的背景下，网民在虚拟社会的场域中通过话语、情感和符号互动并经过线上线下勾连而发生的集体行动。治理集体行动，政府应提高虚拟社会管理科学化水平、增强政府公信力和构建中国网络公共领域。

Evolution, structure and discourse influence or determine any collective action （including social movements and revolution） for the generation and development of macroscopic structure. From the three perspectives of the ten- sion in China＇s social transformation in the social structure, changes in state governance and the rise of the virtual society, the ＂collective action 2.0＂ , in Chinese social transformation and national governance mechanism reform under the background of virtual society, in the field, the netizen through discourse, emo-tional and symbolic interaction and after the line hooking and collective action, we suggest to improve the virtual society scientific management level, enhance the virtual society under the background of the rising of China government credibility and construction of the network public sphere management on collective action.
