受高等教育新疆维吾尔语受众网络媒介接触探究

A Research on the Highly Educated Xinjiang Uygur Language Audience Media Exposure to Network

受东西部地区社会发展的不平衡影响，人们易于忽视对西部少数民族媒介素养的研究，而受高等教育者在教育等方面拥有较好的资源，他们在社会、经济发展中占据重要的位置，对新媒体在西部地区的普及与发展以及缩小东西部社会发展差距起着至关重要的作用。因此，本文运用实证的研究方法，以大专及以上受教育程度的新疆维吾尔语受众为研究对象，研究他们对网络媒介接触的情况。通过调查发现，相比其他维吾尔语受众，他们对网络的接触度、信任度较高，更偏向关注网络中的图片信息。但与传统媒介相比，网络并非是他们获取信息的最主要方式，他们对网络的依赖性较弱、使用率较低。由此进一步分析他们在媒介素养方面存在的一些不足之处，表现在对网络的认识有待加强；获取信息较为平面化，深入阅读能力薄弱；虽对网络认识不足，却对网络信任度偏高，信任过度在一定程度上带来受众信息辨别能力下降的风险。同时，相应地提出问题并加以思考，以有助于提高受高等教育的新疆维吾尔语受众的媒介素养水平。

It is easy to neglect the minority Media Literacy research in the West, effected by an unbalance of the society development between east and west. However the highly educated have good resources such as education and so on, they play an important role in the development of economy and society. And they also play a key role in the new media popularization and social development of the West and narrowing the developing gap between east and west. Therefore this paper applies the positive research method and makes an research on the situation of college or above Xinjiang Uygur language audience exposure to network.The results of the survey show that compared with other Xinjiang Uygur language audience, they have a higher contact and trust to network and tend to locus on picture information on the net, however, compared with traditional media, net- work is not their principal way to get information. They have lower dependency and usage on network, it further analyses some deficiencies in Media Literacy,reflecting on needing to strength received flattened and weakening acquaintance about network, getting messages the ability of further reading. They know it not enough but have a high enough to trust in network degree, excessive trust may give a risk to low their discrimination ability to information. It is beneficial for improving the level of the Xinjiang Uygur language audience＇s Media Lit-eracy to introduce problems and think them over.
