浅谈我国海军舰艇军官的英语国防语言能力

摘要
从我国海军舰艇军官外事任务的类型和特点出发,从英语技能、区域和文化能力两方面对我国海军舰艇军官的英语国防语言能力进行了界定,并指出了培养战略素质是提高国防语言能力的关键。
