社区公共微博在处理社区公共事务中的作用探析——以深圳大学禁电动车事件为例

社区公共微博就是指微博内容大部分是关注其现实物理世界所在社区或者组织环境,其微博粉丝也大量来自其现实物理世界所在社区或组织的,带有所在社区或者组织名称的微博。本文通过分析＂深大禁电动车＂事件中深大公共微博的表现和相关的舆论走向,发现社区公共微博是网络社区内的意见领袖,在社区事务中起到了议程设置和集体动员的作用,并且在网络社区中商议社区公共事务,沉默的螺旋作用同样明显。最后本文建议社区完善沟通机制,设立社区微博发言人制度。

This paper analyses the public community public microblogs of Shenzhen is the microblog with the community＇s their followers mostly come from the opinion and the appearance of the University in solving the forbidden electrombile in Shenzhen University. This paper finds community public microblogs are the opinion leaders in the community and they have the function of agenda setting and collective mobilization. At the same time, the spiral of silence theory works in this situation. At last we suggest the community pertect its communi cation system and establish spokesmen in microblog.
