The history and the techniques of Ningguo Long Yao

龙窑是烧制陶瓷最原始的炉具,宁国是中国生产陶瓷最早的地区之一。至今,宁国仍有十余条龙窑在生产陶瓷产品,龙窑制陶技艺代代传承。本文论述了宁国龙窑的发展历史、基本特征和制陶技艺。

Long Yao （ Dragon Kiln ） is the most traditional kiln stove to make the high-temperature ceramics, and Ningguo is one of-the most historical place producing ceramics in China. From the long history to nowadays, there are more than ten Long Yao still producing ceramic products in Ningguo, with the traditional technique and artistry kept from generation to generation.
