摘要
就陶瓷餐具的造型而言,在日常生活中较常见到的是圆形餐具,这是中国人"尚圆"造物观念的体现。然而随着时代的发展,人们的饮食结构、饮食方式和审美观念都发生了相应的变化,使得人们对餐具的器形有了多样化的要求,同时加之于方形所具有的独特含义,使得矩形餐具的大量使用成为可能。对此本论文以矩形陶瓷餐具为研究对象,首先从人们对方形的理解,和人们饮食结构、饮食方式以及审美观念的变化角度来阐述进行矩形陶瓷餐具设计的原因;其次通过对陶瓷餐具中造型与功能关系的分析,来使人们对矩形餐具的设计产生一个明确的认知。同时,也希望论文所述的内容对从事陶瓷餐具设计的工作者产生一定的帮助。
As far as the shape of ceramic tableware is concerned, circular tableware is more common in daily life, which is the embodiment of the Chinese "round" concept of creation. However, with the development of the times, people's diet structure, diet and aesthetic concept have changed correspondingly, making people have diversified demands on the shape of the tableware and the unique meaning ofthe square, which makes the use of rectangular tableware possible. In this paper, rectangular ceramic tableware as the research object, first from people to square understanding, and people's diet structure, diet and aesthetic concept ofthe change angle to elaborate the reasons for the design ofrectangular ceramic tableware. Secondly, through the analysis of the relationship between the shape and function of ceramic tableware, to make people to rectangular meals. The design produces a clear understanding. At the same time, I hope that the contents mentioned in this paper will be helpful to the workers engaged in ceramic tableware design.
