广西坭兴陶人才小高地建设初显成效

根据《自治区党委、自治区人民政府关于进一步加强人才工作的决定》(桂发[2004]14号)精神,2017年,在自治区人社厅及钦州市人社局的工作指导和大力支持下,市坭兴陶行业协会、钦州学院、市坭兴陶研究中心整合人才和技术资源,成功申报和实施广西坭兴陶产业人才小高地项目建设。以人才小高地建设为平台,多措并举,做好人才引进和培养,项目建设初显成效。
