摘要
UG二次开发技术已广泛应用于数字化设计、制造和自动化。文中介绍了UG二次开发的基础知识和应用现状,以电缆自动布线及自动检测程序的设计为例,首先进行了需求分析,确定了"电缆模型参数化设计"、"电缆自动布线"、"布线结果自动检测"、"布线数据库"和"帮助"等需要开发的子模块;然后在此基础上以UG10.0为平台,研究了在自动布线及检测领域进行UG二次开发的基本流程,重点探讨了其菜单和对话框的开发过程;最后分析了UG二次开发技术的前景。
UG secondary development technology has been widely used in digital design,manufacturing and automation. The basic knowledge and application status of UG secondary development are introduced in this paper. Taking the design of automatic cable wiring and automatic detection program as an example,firstly,the demand analysis is carried out and the submodules are established,such as "cable model parameterized design","cable automatic wiring","automatic wiring result detection","wiring database"and"help". Then,on this basis,taking UG10.0 as the platform,the basic process of UG secondary development in the automatic detection field is analyzed and development process of menu and dialog box is discussed as a main point. And finally,the prospect of the UG secondary development is analyzed.
