闭合复位与切开复位内固定治疗NunleyⅡ型低能量Lisfranc损伤的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 Lisfranc损伤常被用来描述以第二跖跗关节为中心的中足损伤。既往的研究主要集中在由交通伤、坠落伤等高能量损伤导致的Lisfranc损伤。对于由运动损伤、扭伤等低能量导致,影像学检查往往无明显移位,软组织损伤较轻,仅表现为局部肿胀的Lisfranc损伤,常对其认识不足,临床上容易误诊或漏诊,不能及时进行有效的治疗而引起负重行走疼痛,前足力线和足弓的改变,晚期可出现骨性关节炎等并发症,影响患者的工作生活。
