摘要
硒是机体不可缺少的一种微量元素,对人体多种生理功能起着关键性的作用。研究表明,人体缺硒会引起一系列的疾病。有机硒类化合物具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗病毒和抗菌等多种生物活性,引起了科学家的广泛关注。近年来,科学家对有机硒类化合物的合成及生物活性进行了大量的研究。本文将重点介绍该领域的最新研究进展,以启迪科学家寻找活性更高的有机硒类化合物。
Selenium-containing compounds possess a variety of pharmacological propertiessuch as anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, anti-viral andanti-bacterial activities, so this kind of derivatives play a pivotal role in the development of new drugs. In recent years, numerous of selenium-containing compounds were synthesized and screened for their biological activities by medicinal chemists, and some of them displayed promising potency. This review covers the synthetic methods of selenium-containing compounds and their biological activities which maypave the way for the further rationaldevelopment of this kind of derivatives.
