In the face of the new requirements of ＂continuously promoting the new great project of party building with the spirit of reform and innovation＂, we must strengthen the process of building an informatization of CPC, and provide new methods and paths to the innovation and practices of the party building. In this paper, combined with the practice, probes into how to build a party construction of land and resources in Jiangsu province.
