摘要
逐渐增多的燃气机组和日益发展的电转气技术使得电力、天然气系统的耦合愈加紧密,因而对电力、天然气系统的规划也需要考虑两个系统的耦合作用。目前中国的电力系统、天然气系统分属不同的投资决策主体,两个系统通常只进行部分信息交互。针对这一特点,基于交替方向乘子法构建了电—气互联系统的分布式协同规划算法。首先考虑电力系统和天然气系统的相关运行约束,建立了以燃气机组、电转气为耦合元素的电—气互联系统的集中协同规划模型;其次,采用交替方向乘子法在电力系统源、网协同规划子问题和天然气网络规划子问题的基础上,通过耦合变量的信息传递,构建了两个子问题交替迭代求解的机制。最后以修改的IEEE 39节点电力系统和比利时20节点天然气系统所构成的电—气互联系统为例,说明了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
As the rapid growth of gas-fired generators and the development of power-to-gas (P2G) technology intensify the interdependency between electricity and natural gas system, it is imperative to co-optimize the two systems synergistically. In China, the electricity system and natural gas system belong to different investment and decision makers, which means the two systems can only share little information with the help of an isolated coordinator. To adopt this situation, a distributed co- planning method of integrated electricity and natural gas system is proposed based on the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM). Firstly, a collaborative co planning model of integrated electricity and natural gas system coupled by gas fired generators and P2G is proposed. The operation constraints of power system and natural gas system are taken into account to establish the planning model. Secondly, an co-planning subproblem of power system source-network and a planning subproblem of natural gas network are presented via the ADMM theory. With the information transfer of coupling variables, the mechanism of alternating iterative solution for two suhproblems is developed. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model is verified by an integrated electricity and natural gas system which consists of modified IEEE 39-node power system and Belgium 20-node gas system.
