Campbell系统评价在公共卫生干预措施评价中的理论应用

Campbell systematic reviews applied theoretically in public health intervention evaluation

作为关注生产、保存和传播高质量证据的国际性非营利性学术组织Campbell协作网主推的系统评价方法,Campbell系统评价已经在社会福利、司法和教育等领域取得了一定的发展。但由于方法学的局限,其在我国公共卫生政策领域的实践仍然较少。该文以宣传教育项目改善务工人员艾滋病防治知识现状及行为干预效果的系统评价为例,参照Campbell系统评价的方法,阐述这一课题在方法学撰写中的操作和注意事项,尝试对特定公共卫生干预措施循证系统评价进行应用性探索。

As a systematic evaluation method of Campbell Cooperative Network,an international non-profit academic organization concerned with the production,preservation and dissemination of high-quality evidence,Campbell systematic reviews havebeen used in the fields of social welfare,justice,and education. However,due to its limitations of the methodology,its practice in the field of public health policy in China is still not common. Thearticle takes the systematic evaluation of the current situation for the publicity and education projects to improve workers＇ AIDS prevention and control knowledge in China as an example and elaborates the methodology writing skillsof the project and points for attention by reference to Campbell systematic reviews in order toexplore its applicability in the evidence-based systematicevaluation for specific public healthinterventions.
