安徽省某三甲儿童医院医务人员离职意愿现状及其影响因素分析 被引量:3

Turnover intention of medical staff in a third-grade class-A Children's Hospital of Anhui Province: Status quo and influence factors

摘要 目的:了解安徽省某三甲儿童医院医务人员离职意愿现状及其与工作压力、工作强度、领悟社会支持等因素的关系。方法:运用方便抽样法在该院抽取172名医务人员作为研究对象,使用离职意愿量表、领悟社会支持量表以及自行设计的包括一般人口学状况、工作压力和工作强度问卷进行调查。结果:离职意愿总分为(14. 77±3. 90)分,领悟社会支持得分为(61. 42±13. 02)分;工作年限、每周工作时间、加班时间、负责床位数是影响该院儿科医务人员离职意愿的影响因素(均有P <0. 05);领悟社会支持与离职意愿呈负相关(P <0. 05)。结论:需要降低儿科医务人员工作强度、适当减少工作时间。医院管理者应当注重社会支持对员工的影响,以稳定儿科医务人员队伍。 Objective To explore the turnover intention and its relationship with working pressure,work intensity and perceived support among medical staff in a third-grade class-A Children's Hospital in Anhui Province. Methods A total of 172 medical staff were selected by convenience sampling method and the turnover intention scale,the perceived support scale were used for the survey,as well as a self-designed questionnaire including items of general demographic status,working pressure and work intensity. Results The turnover intention score was 14. 77 ± 3. 90,and the perceived support score was 61. 42 ±13. 02. Years of working,weekly working hours,overtime and the number of beds were the influence factors of the turnover intention of medical staff(P〈0. 05). There was a negative correlation between perceived support and turnover intention(P〈0. 05). Conclusions It is necessary to reduce the work intensity of pediatric medical staff and reduce the working time appropriately. Hospital managers should focus on the impact of perceived support on the staff to stabilize the pediatric medical staff and improve work efficiency.
