摘要 为满足航空发动机外场检测要求,针对传统数据采集系统的缺陷,介绍了一种基于ARM的航空发动机数据采集系统设计原理和实现方法。系统以微处理器S3C2440为核心,设计了数据采集硬件电路,并结合移植的嵌入式Linux的操作系统,实现了ADC、SD卡及相关驱动。系统既可以满足发动机试车时离线模式数据采集要求,也可通过网络直接上传给上位机,为相关人员进行发动机状态监控与数据分析提供重要依据,具有操作方便、采集精度高和测量结果准确的特点。 In order to meet the requirements of aero-engine external field detection, and overeome the defects of traditional data acquisition system, the design principle and realization method of aero-engine data acquisition system based on ARM are introduced. The microprocessor S3 C2440 is taken as a cole, the data acquisition in- strument cireuits wine designed, ADC, SD card and related drivers were implemented with the embedded Linux operating system. The designed system can meet the requirements of off-line mode data acquisition and storage during test running of aero-engine. Mmeover, the collected data can be uploaded directly to the PC via the net- work. Therefore, this system can provide theoretical guidance for all concerned to deal with aero-engine condi- tion monitoring and data analysis, which has the characteristics of simple operation, high accuracy and accurate measurement results.
