摘要
为解决照度计检定过程中人工检定效率低、过程易出错、数据可信度低等问题,设计照度计智能检定系统框架,从硬件系统搭建、自动控制系统设计、检定数据智能识别系统开发等方面研制具有检定距离与初始位置自动调节、检定数据智能识别等功能的照度计智能检定系统。该系统可提升检定效率、减少劳动成本、降低出错几率,实现照度计检定过程的自动化与智能化。
In order to solve problems in the process of verification for illuminometer, such as low efficiency of manual verification, error in verification process and low reliability of verification data, a framework of intelligent verification system for illuminometer is designed in this paper. This paper decides to develop an intelligent verification system for illuminometer with the fimctions of self-regulation for the calibrating distance and initial position and intelligent recognition of calibrating data. The system proposed in this paper can improve the efficiency of verification greatly, reduce labor costs, reduce the probability of error, and realize the automation and intelligence of the verification for illuminometer.
