摘要
On the basis of concrete analysis of the main problems existing in the safeguard measures for the implementation of the new round of land use planning,this paper constructs the implementation guarantee system of the overall land use planning. At the same time,the principle and basis of implementing safeguard measures for land use planning are put forward.
