摘要
目的探究心肺复苏机在早产儿心脏停搏急救中的应用效果。方法选择我院2016年1月至2017年3月收治的122例心脏停搏早产儿为研究对象,将其随机分为常规组和试验组,各61例。常规组进行徒手心肺复苏术治疗,试验组使用心肺复苏机进行治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果、患儿家属的治疗满意度及生命体征变化情况。结果试验组的治疗有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05);试验组患儿家属的治疗满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组患儿的收缩压、心率、呼吸频率及血氧饱和度均明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对心脏停搏早产儿给予心肺复苏机进行急救治疗,可改善其血压、心率、呼吸频率及血氧饱和度等生命体征,并可提高急救效果,及时挽救患儿生命,值得在临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine in emergency treatmentof premature infants with cardiac arrest. Methods A total of 122 premature infants with cardiac arrest treated in our hospitalfrom January 2016 to March 2017 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into conventional group andexperimental group, with 61 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with unarmed cardiopulmonaryresuscitation treeatment, and the experimental group was treated with cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine. The treatmenteffect, treatment satisfaction of the family members and changes of vital signs of the two groups were compared. Results Thetreatment effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group (P〈0.05). The treatmentsatisfaction of the family members in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group (P〈0.05). After treatment, the systolic pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate and oxyhemoglobin saturation of the experimentalgroup were significantly higher than those of the conventional group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The use of cardiopulmonaryresuscitation machine for emergency treatment of premature infants with cardiac arrest can improve their vital signs, such asblood pressure, heart rate, respiration and oxygen saturation, and also can improve the effect of emergency treatment andtimely save the lives of the children, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
