半夏泻心汤加减对脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效

Curative effect of modified Banxia Xiexin decoction on chronic superficial gastritis of spleen stomach damp heat type

目的研究半夏泻心汤治疗脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎的效果。方法将医院2017年1月至2018年3月收治的72例脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36例。对照组采用奥美拉唑胶囊治疗,观察组采用半夏泻心汤加减治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的腹胀、嗳气、反酸症候积分均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤加减治疗脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎疗效显著,能够改善患者的症状积分,安全性好,值得临床积极推广。

Objective To study the effect of modified Banxia Xiexin decoction on chronic superficial gastritis of spleenstomach damp heat type. Methods From January 2017 to March 2018, 72 patients with chronic superficial gastritis of spleenstomach damp heat type were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. Thecontrol group was treated with omeprazole capsule, and the observation group was treated with modified Banxia Xiexindecoction. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in theobservation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the syndrome scores ofabdominal distension, belching and acid regurgitation of the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group weresignificantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total incidence of adversereactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified BanxiaXiexin decoction has a significant effective in treating chronic superficial gastritis of spleen stomach damp heat type. It canimprove patients＇ symptom scores and has a high safety. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
