认知行为护理对慢性肾衰血液透析患者SCr、BUN水平及生存质量的影响

Effect of cognitive behavioral nursing on the levels of SCr and BUN and quality of life in chronic renal failure patients treated with hemodialysis

目的探讨认知行为护理对慢性肾衰血液透析患者SCr、BUN水平及生存质量的影响。方法将2015年8月至2018年1月收治的86例慢性肾衰血液透析患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上采取认知行为护理。对比两组患者护理前、后的SCr、BUN水平及生存质量。结果护理3个月后,两组患者SCr、BUN水平均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理3个月后,两组患者的SF-36评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对慢性肾衰血液透析患者,给予其认知行为护理可促进肾功能恢复,提升患者生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral nursing on the levels of SCr and BUN and quality oflife in chronic renal failure patients treated with hemodialysis. Methods Eighty-six chronic renal failure patients treated withhemodialysis in our hospital from August 2015 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observationgroup, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation groupreceived cognitive behavioral nursing on this basis. The levels of SCr and BUN and quality of life before and after treatmentof the two groups were compared. Results After 3 months of nursing, the levels of Scr and BUN in both groups significantlydecreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. After 3 months of nursing, the SF-36 scores of the two groups increased, and that of the observation group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. ConclusionFor chronic renal failure patients treated with hemodialysis, cognitive behavioral nursing can promote the recovery of renalfunction and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
