综合护理对股骨转子间骨折患者术后疼痛和生活质量的影响

Influence of comprehensive nursing on postoperative pain and quality of life in patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur

目的探讨综合护理对股骨转子间骨折患者术后疼痛和生活质量的影响。方法选择80例股骨转子间骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数表分为传统组(传统护理)和综合组(综合护理),每组40例,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果术后1个月,两组的VAS评分均显著下降且Harris评分均显著升高,且综合组显著优于传统组(P<0.05)。两组在术后1个月的生活质量评分均显著升高,且综合组显著高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理应用于股骨转子间骨折患者可改善其术后疼痛和生活质量。

Objective To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing on postoperative pain and quality of life inpatients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur. Methods A total of 80 patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur wereselected as the research objects, and they were divided into traditional group （traditional nursing） and comprehensive group（comprehensive nursing） by random number table, with 40 cases in each group. The nursing effects were compared betweenthe two groups. Results One month after surgery, the VAS scores in the two groups significantly decreased and the Harrisscores significantly increased, and those in the comprehensive group were significantly better than the traditional group（P〈0.05）. The scores of quality of life in the two groups at one month after surgery significantly increased, and which in thecomprehensive group was significantly higher than the traditional group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Applying comprehensive nursingin patients with intertrochanteric fractures of femur can improve postoperative pain and quality of life.
