围术期护理在凶险性前置胎盘介入治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of perioperative nursing in the interventional therapy of pernicious placenta previa

目的研究围术期护理在凶险性前置胎盘介入治疗中的应用效果。方法将医院74例实施介入治疗的凶险性前置胎盘患者随机分为对照组与研究组,各37例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上予以围术期护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间短于对照组,24 h出血量及术中出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组产褥感染率、子宫切除率及弥散性血管内凝血率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组住院时间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论凶险性前置胎盘介入治疗中围术期护理的应用效果显著,其可明显提高护理满意度,保障母婴安全,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the application effect of perioperative nursing in the interventional therapy of perniciousplacenta previa. Methods A total of 74 patients with pernicious placenta previa underwent interventional therapy in thehospital were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group wasgiven routine nursing, while the study group was given perioperative nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The nursingeffects of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that ofthe control group（P〈0.05）. The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group, the amount ofblood loss in 24 hours and intraoperative blood loss were less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The rates ofpuerperal infection, hysterectomy and disseminated intravascular coagulation in the study group were lower than those inthe control group （P〈0.05）. There was no difference in hospital stay between the two groups（P跃0.05）. Conclusion Theperioperative nursing in the interventional therapy of pernicious placenta previa has remarkable application effect, whichcan obviously improve the nursing satisfaction and ensure the safety of mother and baby. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
