舒适护理在耳鼻喉术后疼痛患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comfortable nursing on postoperative pain in patients with ENT surgery

目的探讨舒适护理干预在耳鼻喉术后疼痛患者中的应用效果。方法纳入2015年2月至2017年4月我院收治的行耳鼻喉手术的患者70例作为研究对象,随机均分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理。比较两组患者术后疼痛评分、SRSS评分、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果护理后,两组患者VAS、SRRS评分明显降低,生存质量评分明显升高,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理有效缓解患者术后疼痛,显著改善患者睡眠,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the application effect of comfortable nursing on postoperative pain in patients withENT surgery. Methods From February 2015 to April 2017, a total of 70 patients underwent ENT surgery were enrolled andrandomly divided into observation group （n =35） and control group （n =35）. The control group received routine nursingintervention, while the observation group received comfortable nursing intervention. The scores of postoperative pain, SRSSand quality of life, the nursing satisfaction rates were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores ofVAS and SRSS in the two groups decreased, the quality of life scores in the two groups increased, those in the observationgroup were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was significantlyhigher than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention can effectively relievepostoperative pain in patients with ENT surery, improve sleep and quality of life. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
